Julien Chen, a 9-year-old student at Anaheim Hills Fairmont Schools, won the Creative Brilliance 2026 International Art Contest presented by Picasso Creative Skills, it was announced on April 4, 2026.
Julien became one of the 11 Star Artist Award winners among over 1,300 entries from 58 countries.
Picasso Art Contest presented by Picasso Creative Skills is a prestigious international online art competition open to children and young adults aged 6 to 19.
Established with the mission to inspire and nurture artistic talent, the platform has attracted art enthusiasts from more than 129 countries worldwide.
